Our 1,100 square foot condo is a few short blocks to the beach and boardwalk via 18th street. The condo features 3 bedrooms/2 baths: sleeps 7. Master bedroom has king bed with full bath. 2nd bedroom includes queen bed. 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with a single bed. Two TV's with cable and wifi included. Large living room with cathedral ceilings and full kitchen with microwave and Keurig. Central air and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Laundry room in the back of the condo features washer and dryer. Condo has a large outside deck located directly off the kitchen with seating for 6 and weber grill is available for use on the deck as well. This deck over looks quiet Haven Ave. This condo offers an enclosed shower with hot and cold water and off street parking for 2 cars. This condo also has a shed containing 4 bikes, beach cart, sand toys and there is a small space for guest items.

Park your car, leave it and enjoy this beautiful 2nd floor unit just a block away from Asbury ave, filled with shops and spots to eat, and a few blocks from the beach. This clean, modernized unit is equipped with two furnished porches to ensure a shore vacation experience. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and each of the other bedrooms has a pyramid bunk with a twin on top, a double on the bottom and a double-sized trundle underneath so the whole family can fit.
