Nicer than expected. Great layout for 8 people to have privacy. View of ocean from rooftop deck. Kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining at home. Bedding worn out and badly stained, needs to be replaced. Street parking is a pain, especially on weekend. No hot water in outside shower. However, my family urged me to rent here again! Very convenient location to beach, shopping, playground.

Unfortunately, we lost power and vacation was cut short by 2 days. However, the owner stepped up and partially reimbursed us. Lauren acted as the mediator to benefit us.
