My only criticism is that the ocean view is partially blocked by the dunes, which was a surprise for a second floor unit.

The location can't be beat, and there are aspects of the property (the kitchen supplies, the TV, the couch, dining room table) that were great and well maintained. There are other aspects that could definitely use some love. Numerous fixtures had blown bulbs, the AC stopped working one night, the outside shower leaves something to be desired.
But our Berger agent, John, was incredibly helpful and responsive, bringing by two window AC units and a free standing one and working the phone to get a hold of the property owner.

Our rental was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The view from the deck was spectacular.

Enjoyed the condo and it’s location. We could tell owners took pride in the unit because it was nicely decorated and had quality furniture and tile work. However, cleaners not doing a good job. See in next block.
