Good size. Clean. Large double deck. Great beach access. Only wish it had a view of the ocean (blocked by dunes.) Still, the sound of the ocean is very relaxing. A nice place in a nice town.

Great property. Important to note the light over the dining table either needs a new switch or should be replaced - when switched on, the lights would flicker and then go out, even though the light switch was in the "on" position

The were two negatives I would mention. First is that the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and felt as if the springs were about to burst through the mattress. Second I would recommend a fan for the back porch. When the wind died down at night there were a lot of flies which made it difficult to eat outside.

We had an issue immediately with the lack of cleanliness. We brought this to Lori and she came to the house and immediately found a cleaning service to clean the carpet and the furniture. She was outstanding. Our week was great thanks to her.
