The property was not clean when we arrived. Lots of dust balls, floors didn’t seem to be vacuumed. The bed in the room with the TV needs to be replaced. AC was old.

This is not the standard we aim for, and I sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused.Ive personally addressed the housekeeping issues with our cleaning team to ensure a much more thorough clean (including vacuuming under furniture and detailed dusting) before every future guest. The mattress you mentioned has now been replaced with a brand-new one, and were also in upgrades AC unit to mini splits in every room.Your comments are genuinely helpful and have already led to immediate improvements. From the outside it looks nice. The ad makes you feel like you have access to the front area/couches. Looks clean etc. NO access was taken by owners all week. Refrig DID NOT work all week we had to use coolers for the most part. Was told NOT to use one of the outdoor showers literally 3 feet from the enclosed one. Upon arrival place was filthy! I had to have cleaners come back and paid them $25 to clean it for us which we shouldn't have to do. Was woken by above owners in regards to parking which it wasn't our car in their way. On the plus they left us beach tags and the owner above allow our kids to borrow their boogie boards. Was VERY convenient to the beach. Overall NEVER this home again.

Cleanliness on arrival: This is completely unacceptable. Our cleaning team has been addressed directly, and weve added an extra post-cleaning checklist for all future turnovers to prevent this from happening again. Refrigerator: I was not made aware during your stay that it wasnt cooling properly. Had we known, we would have immediately sent a technician or provided a replacement. Im very sorry you had to rely on coolers all week, thats not the experience anyone should have. Access to front couches/common areas and the outdoor shower: Weve now added explicit wording and photos in the listing so future guests know exactly what is included. Parking misunderstanding: I apologize for the early-morning disturbance. The upstairs owners assumed the blocking car was yours and should have come to me first instead of waking you.Were genuinely grateful for the positives you mentioned (beach proximity, beach tags, friendly upstairs neighbors), but those small things dont make up for the real inconveniences you dealt with.Your feedback has already led to concrete changes (tighter cleaning protocols, immediate appliance checks between every stay, and updated listing language), so thank you for helping us improve.Warm regards,3025 Central Ave Ground Flood
