Ref property they Did some much needed updates to the furniture and decorate since we rented last year. Ceiling fans were noisy, particularly in the kids room, would really like to see that fixed and will have to follow up before renting next year. Tough enough time to get the kids to settle than they have that to bother them too, which I understood once I laid in the room with them. Trish was awesome as always, called to tactfully keep me on payment schedule, great follow up the week before via phone, nice chatting with her. will continue to reach out to her in the future
