The rental was sufficient. We had what we needed. The kitchen is quite disorganized and it was a hunt and find mission each time we were cooking, but the bare bones are there. The Internet connection is extremely poor, and really only worked when you were at the back of the house in the back two bedrooms. Stairs up to the unit are very steep and long. All that said, I would consider renting this property again.

was happy with berger realty, but i guess disappointed that i didn't actually get to see the property in person before renting. i felt the property was not as clean as other rentals in past upon check-in, bathrooms both very small and one of the bedrooms smelled musty.

We had some issues with our rental (no fault of our agent). Cynthia made sure they were all resolved ON SATURDAY. Which was great because someone broke the bed frame so sleeping would have been fairly uncomfortable without her quick response.
Also, somehow when checking out we completely screwed up. We didn't realize how much we'd forgotten until we got home. Cynthia went above and beyond to secure our items for us. As my husband went back to pick everything up.
We generally haven't worked with a specific agent but I will be emailing Cynthia soon to sort a spot for next year! She was great. She's an asset to Berger and we really appreciate her help!

The unit was very nice, great location. Would recommend a screen with the sliding glass doors in living room and bathroom fans (along with more shelf/counter space in master bath). Also, minor upkeep. Overall we were pleased.

Half of the channels were in Spanish. Wifi is extremely slow. Basic cable on evenings in. Rear sliding door handle was broken

The check in drive thru process was awesome! Didn't even have to get out of the car! Not sure if you did it last year as we were unable to vacation there last year, but having pick up on Bay and then the drive up and pick up was awesome! Thanks for making things so easy for us.

The property still needs more updating. The window blinds are broken, the towel rack in the master bath fell right off the wall, the furniture was old.
