Use of dock is not included in any rental. Unit is not suitable for very young children due to close proximity to the waters edge. Master bedroom has attached bathroom walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Separate hall bathroom and washer/dryer. Bicycle or walk to Bay avenue restaurants, bars, beach. Close to dog beach, Ocean City, Longport, Margate beaches, grocery stores, Atlantic City. Bring fishing poles, crabbing, Kayaking and enjoy the water this summer. Bring own linens and towels for summer rental. Will consider rental from 5/15/21-9/15/21 or additional weeks.
