The only problem was no cabinet space for food. We had to leave out on table.

Property needs an update. Stove is poorly vented and sets of the smoke alarm too quickly. House smelled strongly of moth balls. Dirty finger prints on walls beg to be repainted. Lots of fake flowers all covered in dust. Overall the property was in a great location and a bit lower priced so that was a plus.

Mike has been a terrific source of information. He is prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. We have been using him for approximately 4 years and he has always met or exceeded our expectations.

Great house, clean, neat, everything worked perfect. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a hand written note which was very nice. I would stay here again and have asked for listing to buy near here.
