Rental was very clean upon arrival. Loved the large living room and the openness on the first floor.

The Unit was excellent in most respects. The Rooms were large, the Bathrooms were clean & high quality as were the furnishings, decorations & appliances. The biggest problems we had were the fact that my wife had been in the Hospital for a few days just before we went to OC and diagnosed with a heart condition and was advised not to use the steps frequently and there were a lot of steps involved. Also it turned out that the TV in the 3rd floor bedroom that we were using did not function for normal TV usage (I.e., current normal Philly Stations). It seemed to provide many functions but it did not provide access to the normal channels that we would normally access.

The property was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were all remodeled and very nice. Negative comments would be that the AC was loud and that the master bedroom was way to bright for me. I understand that some people might find this as a plus, but skylights on the bedroom make it hard to sleep much past sunrise, which is before 6 AM. That alone would make me reluctant to stay there again.
