We absolutely loved this rental. It’s clean and updated, with plenty of room for a family. The location is fabulous; right behind the boardwalk, quick access to the beach.
We have two small children so this was perfect for us to quickly and easily get back and forth with them and all their stuff.

Fair condition. Furniture worn and some appliances didn’t work that well - Kuerig didn’t work and dishwasher worked at times. But nothing that altered our experience. Excellent location!
