I know that the place I rented this summer is pet friendly. But with the high cost to bring a pet we opted out and left pets home. Only issue was the sofa and love seat was loaded with dog hair from previous renters. Other than that place was nice.

The condo needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom was filty the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. The over door was broken.

We loved the location! Our first time in the North end! The unit was not sufficiently stocked & did not meet cleanliness standards. We did like the layout & we will return to Ocean city!

We had a wonderful week. The location made such a difference. It was off season, so nice and quiet but still so special to watch the sunrise every morning. We have already booked for next year

Overall experience at 924 St Charles, unit A, was great. The owner however might want to do some follow up on the cleaning company. Floors were dirty and sandy, and so were the tubs. Took 4 of us about 2 hours to mop floors and clean bathrooms.

Owner should notify renters when they are going to powerwash house. Turn up hot water, not hot enough for bath. Not the cleanest when we moved in but ok. repair tub in hall bath no stopper that works. Did love the location and size very nice. Would love to rent again if I can afford.
