This lovely condo has cathedral ceilings with 4 remote-controlled sky lights, cherry hardwood floors, all new stainless GE Profile appliances, double oven, wine cooler, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, plasma HD flat-screen TV, TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms with DVD players, IPOD speakers in LR to hook up your own music, wireless internet, and a roof top deck where you can see for miles in every direction... We will also supply beach tags, and beach equipment (beach toys, too, if desired). The 55th Street beach provides a lifeguard during the summer season. If you like to walk the beach in the morning, how about stopping two blocks down the street to pick up some Mallons Sticky Buns and hot coffee? Or you can grab a quick sandwich right off the beach at lunch by going across the street to 'Sack of Subs.' In the evening, you and the family are a short block from 'A la Mode' Ice Cream Parlor. The 55th Street Diner is 2 doors away in case the call of pancakes and eggs get you past the sticky buns. There is a Blitzs supermarket for any grocery shopping or convenience item needs. For those of you headed to the boardwalk, there is a trolley which stops on 55th street every half hour after 5 PM to take you to and from the boardwalk. This lovely Condo is located at the south end of the island right next to Corson's State Park - which offers a bay with kayaking among other activities. The south end of the island is truly its own quiet community within the larger community of Ocean City.

This immaculate property is beautifully maintained and furnished.  It was custom designed and is a one-of-a-kind floor plan in Ocean City.  The master bedroom has an integral sitting room with a sleeper sofa, access to 2 private balconies, and a lot of closet and drawer space in addition to the full bath with large walk-in shower and double sinks.  This makes it an ideal suite for a family with small children or a quiet getaway room for grandparents.  One of the other three bedrooms also has access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.  The beautiful Great Room includes dining area that has a table & chairs for 8 people.  There is also additional eating space at an island with 6 stools.  The attractive kitchen comes complete with a wine refrigerator, pantry and GE appliances.  The Great Room seating area opens onto the ocean-facing main balcony, the largest of 3 balconies.  Although not shown in any of the photos, an awning was added last season that covers most of this balcony.  This creates a large outside space protected from both the sun & rain.  There is an interior stairwell with entrances from 55th Street and through the private garage.  This private garage is accessed from a double driveway off of the alley between West & Haven Avenues.

The location of this house is ideal.  Situated in the far south end of the island, it is equidistant to the shops and restaurants in both Ocean City and Sea Isle.  There is a deli/small grocery store (Boyars), seafood take-out (Mike's), ice cream shop (A La Mode), bait and beach gear (Seagull Shop), bakery (Mallon's), sandwich/pizza shop (Sack-O-Subs), coffee/breakfast/lunch takeout (Aneu) and non-denominational church all within a few steps of your door.  The guarded 55th Street beach is a short walk away.
