Place was nice and close to the beach and board walk. It could have been cleaner. A person with allergies to dust would have an issue with the dust on ceiling fans and vents. Overall the family enjoyed there stay.

It had everything we needed plus but the beds need to be replaced and the fans and wall vents needed cleaning other than that it was a beautiful place and very close to the boardwalk and beach.

The property I rented was great. The location was so convenient to get to the boardwalk and the beach. I didn't realize that the surfers were just about right in front of our beach access, so we had to go down a block or 2, but not bad. We all liked the storage area and enclosed outdoor shower. I would rent here again.
