The property needs minor repairs but overall it in good condition. They need new glassware and kitchen faucet but generally in good condition. I love that they left a note and a Starbucks card. So nice thank you

Few comments - need three keys not two. Some complaints about the mattresses on some of the beds. WiFi does not reach to rear of unit and on front porch.

Only one minor complaint. Lease for this year and last 2 years included beach tags. this year none were found in the home and we were told upon inquiry none would be provided. That was an extra $100 we did not expect. As I said it is a minor complaint.
