Great experience!! I would provide more detail about property shore chairs/umbrellas/boogy boards/bikes/sand toys/wagons/ available for renter. Details on bed pillows/blankets on beds as well. Linens/towels rental for fine.

Overall, our unit was excellent, BUT: the mattresses were all uncomfortable and need to be replaced; there is a weird "arm" in the oven that is broken; the oven mitts are inadequate (which was important because of the broken "arm"); the first set of keys didn't work.

This 4 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Baths has been upgraded to include repainting; new furniture, new flooring, and new kitchen counter tops and back splash.
Wifi and LED flat screen HDTV in the great room as well as in all the bedrooms. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family. There is also Central A/C and a washer and dryer. The front porch has plenty of chairs and a table to enjoy meals.

There are two off street parking spaces in the back as well one in the garage. There is a shower in the garage as well as Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Umbrellas, Wagons and Strollers for your use.

Located on Central Avenue between 12th Street and 13th Street two blocks from the Beach. Close to boardwalk amusements, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close by. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway.
