The unit is very nice but the owners need to invest in a new lock. Also the vertical blind slats are falling out. Extra blankets would help in early season rentals.

I am very happy dealing with Lori she has been a great help we have dealing with her for about five years and will still deal with her as long as we rent in ocean city would love to buy but way out of are price range now.

This was our first time leasing a property for our vacation in O.C. Chris was very pleasant to work with. He was helpful in guiding us through everything and left the lines of communication open. We are definitely looking to work with Berger Reality again in the future.
