We rented 2250 Asbury Ave 2nd floor, as shore rental property it has everything you need to have an enjoyable time at the shore. With ONE exception, every mattress in the property was below sub par, it was like sleeping on a concrete slab, totally unacceptable! Plywood was placed in between the mattress and box spring! Past renters had the same complaint! What should have been a high9 out of 10 became a 5 and that’s a shame!

4 bedroom with 3 bathroom townhouse in an ideal location for your vacation in Ocean City.  Located between 22nd and 23rd st. so you can enjoy a walk or bike ride on the boardwalk.  The master bedroom on the 1st floor front has a king bed and a futon sofa that can be opened up for sleeping.  The first floor will also has a queen bedroom and the bunk bed room with a twin on top and full size on bottom with a twin trundle, they share a full bathroom in between them.  The 2nd floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a 4th bedroom and full bathroom.
