Our rental was nice just not very clean at all. We rented same place last year and had tons of bugs.

We checked with others who rented properties in the area and beach tags were included in price of rental. This property did not have this. It was the only negative comment I have. Otherwise it was a nice place!

The condo is in a good location. The pool is great! The condo when we arrived was not the cleanest. I had to take Clorox wipes and wipe down surfaces- very dusty and a little grimy in the kitchen. It is very peaceful, quiet. Overall I would recommend, however they really can have he place a lot cleaner.

Ants were near window and wall had to spray daily.
Place was dusty .
I dusted the lamps and trim end tables ect.
Otherwise place was fine and location great .

The property was not cleaned therefore my family took the first few hours to clean and disinfect. The shower head was full of mold. The floors had hair everywhere. The vacuum did not appropriately. The place was very nice but a better job of disinfecting would be encouraged. The property was very beautiful but cleaning should be priority during COVID-19.
