Berger realty was wonderful to work with and made renting the perfect home in OCNJ a breeze. The property was exactly as shown/described, communication was excellent and check-in/check out smooth. We couldn’t have asked for more. Michael M. was great to work with and on top of everything. We will be coming back to Berger for all future rentals!

Lacking in back up supplies.
Litebulbs. Kitchen supplies, soaps, toot, ppr towels.
All of the upstairs recepticals in bathrooms and hallway did not work.

Beautiful home! It was great! The only cons are that the outlets in the bathroom off the master bedroom did not work. Storm door off master bedroom did not close and storm door at front main door did not lock. Also had to push real hard on the main front door for the bolt to lock.

Everyone in our family loves this house. The built-in bunk beds were a fan favorite with the kids. The location was perfect too. Close enough to the beach & playground and without the crowds of the Boardwalk & North End areas.
