Dated property with musty smell. Beds were not proper for adults. Fridge was not working when we arrived and there was nobody to contact on the weekend. Windows we’re sticky to slide open/shut. Sandy floors upon arrival. Trash was not taken out when we arrived. Decent kitchen; great location

The rental had some upgrades…a lovely kitchen, best I have ever seen! only a few steps to manage and it’s location to the beach was super… but the rug in the dining room was not stable and moving chairs to sit or stand was cumbersome. The one shower was old and the other was made for very thin people. The furniture on the porch could not accommodate all of us. It seated 5 and at one point there were 8. Usually these units have books and games, of which there were few and all the dishes were china so there were chips on the cups and a few dishes. Some nice beach plastic ones would have more economical and just as nice.
