Welcome to the Beach. This beach block townhome sleeps 12 of your family and friends and features a community shared pool for the end of your beach days. With three floors, you and your family can spread out and have plenty of room to relax and entertain. The ground floor area has a living area, kitchenette with range, microwave and refrigerator, full bath, and bedroom. The main living area has a spacious living and dining area, full kitchen, full bath, and bedroom. There is a balcony for watching the sun and an oversized deck with seating and overlooks the pool area. The third floor contains 2 bedrooms that are adjoined with a recently updated bathroom. There is also another room tucked away, in the 4th bedroom, with bunk beds for the little ones to explore. Located just a block to the beach and boardwalk and across the street from the water park. Unit comes with 2 marked parking spaces so park your car and walk to everything with ease!
