Located in the beach block of America's Greatest Family Resort, this luxury home offers many high-end features for your family to enjoy. This distinctive property is in the island's lovely north end and is a very short walk to Ocean City's world-famous boardwalk. 

This 2nd & 3rd floor oversized upper cottage offers a private entrance, elevator, seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms. You will immediately feel at home as you enter the magnificent great room (kitchen, living room, dining room) that includes a majestic gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and a large, modern island. 

The bedrooms break down as follows: 4 kings (2 with ensuite bathrooms); 1 room with a twin over full bunk bed plus a double size trundle bed; 1 room with a full over full bunk bed plus a double size trundle bed. The 7th bedroom has 2 twin beds plus a queen sofa bed - it also includes a coffee table and TV so it could be additional living space in addition to a bedroom. 

The kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker, an electric hot water tea kettle, a Large Toaster Over, a blender, and a family-size electric griddle.

There is a 65" smart TV will be the main living area, three 50" smart TV's in the bedrooms and four 43" smart TV's in the remaining bedrooms. Comcast cable runs throughout the entire house, and you can stay connected with the hardwired WiFi extenders mounted on each floor. Browse music, radio, podcasts, and audio books through the centrally-controlled Sonos sound system that controls multiple speakers located throughout the house. In addition to having 3 large decks (including the main floor's covered deck), this unit also features a deluxe cabana shower that can be accessed from the side of the building or through the garage. 

The property has two off street parking spots.

This first floor 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit boasts a large front deck, vinyl floors and modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The interior has been newly renovated and furnished for this season. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, second bedroom a full size bed and the third rear bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. For more additional sleeping space, the sofa pulls out to queen sized bed. There is a concrete pad in the back with an open outdoor shower and plenty of space to keep your beach gear and relax after the beach.
