This was our second year renting this house. House itself was amazing and location was perfect. However, outdoor seating needs upgrading. There were multiple broken outdoor chairs for the rooftop deck and the couch seating outside was broken in spots and cushions were worn and flat.

1. unit needed some cleaning upon arrival
2. Alarm battery warning beeped repeatedly on first night and placed call to report battery needed replacement without response
3. storm increased crack in ceiling and showed a water leak at window near fireplace
4. lounge chairs on porch could use cushions
5. unit needs a kettle

We had a problem with the refrigerator when we arrived. We left a message on Berger voicemail Saturday night and someone from Berger called us Sunday AM and solved our problem.
