The property we rented 3346 Asbury was decorated nicely and had everything in it that we needed. We appreciated the beach tags that were included and the games that we found in the closet. The only thing we would change is to put a shade on the deck door to the master because the new mini golf course next door has lights that shine in till about 10:30 pm.

Condo location & amenities were great!--would definitely rent again; only issue was downstairs renters were constantly using upstairs deck even after being made aware it was not part of their rental--maybe a sign should be posted

We enjoyed our rental this summer. However, the property was not thoroughly cleaned and I was left cleaning toilets and wiping down surfaces upon our arrival. This is disappointing to me because it's very expensive to rent in OCNJ.
