Property was great. Only complaint would be items reserved for “owner†only, parking spaces, hose outback to wash feet off etc.

Very pleased with the rental. Only negative was outdoor shower was in garage in a tiny area, no light and was afraid of mold so didn’t use. Owner came over about 3 times during week, 2x for things that needed to be fixed and one time to look at the tv’s. Babies were napping so asked her not to go in bedrooms.

There were some glitches in getting into the house and in the house -also no outside hose available but the agents and owner were good in taking care of them and we really enjoyed the house and the location. Would rent there again.

1740 Boardwalk could use more silverware and some of the lamps in the bedrooms did not work. Trish is always a big help to us.

there were a few issues with the rental unit. no toilet paper(ok we bought. just surprised there was not a single sheet and after arriving from a several hour drive it was inconvenient). dishes left in washer that we had to put away. sliding door almost impossible to open-we cleaned out the tracks and it helped some. bath rug was left in dryer. had a rubber backing that was deteriorated and filled dryer with debris- we needed to scrub out before we could use. screen door to porch left lying on porch- we put back on tracks. Lori is an excellent agent. always helpful and finds what we ask for.
