The hallway also features the other full-sized bath, with a tub for the little ones, and double vanity for easy morning preparations. The main floor features a double leaf teak table, with the bench seating for 10, bar stools at the island, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary and entertaining desires. Coffee pot, built in water filter at the sink, ice maker in the freezer, microwave, garbage disposal, 4 burner gas range, and double tray toaster oven. Living room features a love seat, full sized sofa, and two spinning captains chairs, for simple seating for 7 around a card game, or your favorite show on the Samsung tv and sound bar, with included X-finity wifi and smart flex box for you to use your favorite apps on. Close out each fun filled day, grilling on the natural gas grill, or relaxing on the front porch, with a table for 6, catching the last glimpses of the sun as it dips past the roof line, creating memories that will last far beyond your time in this haven. We love to enjoy a short stroll for some after dinner ice cream 3 blocks away at Johnny B Goode, and 3 blocks west in the morning for some of mallons sticky buns. You will quickly understand why we love this perfectly situated family home on a quiet block near all of the happenings.
