We definitely left the property in better condition than we found it! It looked like the floors both inside and out hadn’t been vacuumed/swept in weeks! The locks on the entry doors leave a lot to be desired. They are pretty much what you would find on a bathroom door.
No chain or deadbolt on either entry door. Considering we paid more than double what we paid four years ago, it was not worth it. Would not rent this particular unit again. Needs quite a few updates!
These comments have nothing to do with Berger Realty or Troy. We did not report this to them when we got there. We just cleaned it ourselves and enjoyed our week. Before we left all surfaces were wiped and all floors were vacuumed/swept.
