The condo also includes an enclosed outside shower on the ground level for showering after the beach. A front porch features a seating area for two and a dining area for four. The sky deck has adirondack chairs for 3 and a dining table with built-in extension leaf and bench seating. All bedrooms have closet space and bureaus for extra storage.

The main living space is an open concept with living room, kitchen and dining area that are designed to accommodate and optimize your family time! The living room is spacious with comfortable seating with a 50 LCD Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker and Keurig. All cookware, dishes, and cutlery are included. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a dining table that accommodates 6 people. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy their meals on the decks that provides outdoor furniture for dining as well.  5 beach tags are included and there are beach chairs, umbrella and cart available for your convenience but are not guaranteed to be in working order if they can not be replaced in time between renters.
