Owner had done some repairs and upgrades which made our stay more enjoyable - they were much appreciated. She still needs some replacement dining chairs, however.

Property is located in a great location but definitely needs a facelift inside. Carpeting needs to be replaced and furniture needs updating. If that were to happen, we would consider renting it again...otherwise, don't think we would return. We rented the property after checking website, we did not walk thru rental beforehand, since we rented it 3 weeks beforehand.

We were very happy with our rental but afraid the steps were difficult, loading and unloading so think we'll look for a first floor in same location, intercoastal side. One thing that did bother me was the fact that trash and recycling containers kept in kitchen areas had no lids.
