We stayed at the same rental as last year! Loved our place! Booked the same this year! Everything was great! Luckily the door was open for the garage since we never had use of the garage door opener it wasn't there when we arrived and never found while we were there. The pool also turned green because the pump stopped working. We have used Berger for almost 50 years and will certainly continue to, hopefully for years to come!

Loved the heated floors in the master bath. We did have to buy ant bait because there was a ton of ants on the kitchen counter. It was nice to have the pool, but would have been nicer it the pool heater worked. Other than that, the property was nice and clean and a good fit for my family.

Our family would like the bunk beds and sofa put out and a queen/full put into that room. The futon is positioned on the floor. We blew up a king air mattress in that room and used the full and pull out single to house four family members.

Had a wonderful two week vacation at 201 20th Street. Condo was clean but could use more kitchen utensils. There was nothing to flip eggs or pancakes and needs more forks and spoons. Otherwise unit was perfect. The pool was an added bonus considering the distance to the beach. I would consider renting this unit in 2017.

201 20th St. The room with the bunk beds was totally useless for our purposes. The children were too young to use them. 2 singles is ideal. Would rent again for a longer period of time if this changed.
