This was a well furnished, four bedroom, two and a half bath unit; located on the second floor. The unit was clean, the furnishings were up to date and the beds were comfortable. The garage for the unit is small and does not appear to hold a midsize or larger vehicle; but; the was great for storing our beach gear. An excellent overall rental experience.

Being on 2nd level was tough, I only have one lung. This unit was spotless, well decorated and welcoming. We really loved it. They need a plug for the kitchen sink and a mat to put under the dish drainer. We will rent from Rita again next year, thank you

Great Location at 11th and Central, Ocean City NJ. Immaculate, cottage-style, 3-bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 5.   Think Bed & Breakfast, but you make both :) Feel right at home when you walk through the door. First floor unit has three bedrooms and bathroom along back hallway which sleeps 5. Across the front of the house is Sun porch, Living Room, Dining Room, & Kitchen. Laundry Room is off of kitchen. Outside shower and hoses to rinse off from Beach. Able to store Beach items in garage. Walk everywhere, within minutes you will arrive at Starbucks, Bungalow Bowls, Asbury Avenue shopping, 11th Street beach and the center of the boardwalk. Perfect for small family, or ladies retreat. Two antique wicker chairs on front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Built in 1926 - appreciate classic Ocean City.
