We were grateful to find the house in the condition as pictured on the website. It was clean and well taken care of with thoughtful accessories. We enjoyed being able to walk to many destinations because of the convenient location.

This was a well furnished, four bedroom, two and a half bath unit; located on the second floor. The unit was clean, the furnishings were up to date and the beds were comfortable. The garage for the unit is small and does not appear to hold a midsize or larger vehicle; but; the was great for storing our beach gear. An excellent overall rental experience.

Being on 2nd level was tough, I only have one lung.
This unit was spotless, well decorated and welcoming. We really loved it.
They need a plug for the kitchen sink and a mat to put under the dish drainer.
We will rent from Rita again next year, thank you
