Property had great views. However the cleaning service needs to replaced. Our bathrooms were filthy . And there was dust 3 inches thick on fans any other areas. Also carpets clearly not vacuumed in months

Key pick up and drop off gets easier every year. Every Berger employee we encountered was super-friendly and helpful. Our agent Trish is the best - excellent in every way. When we do buy in Ocean City (probably in a few years) we definitely will buy through Berger.

Check-in procedures were excellent. We were disappointed with check-out due to office opening later than we expected. We would have liked to discuss an issue with someone before leaving.
