Love the location- far enough to the south end that it is quiet, yet near enough to get to stores within a few blocks… and best of all, only a block to the beach. Interior is simple, pleasant and clean.

Property is in a quiet residential section of town, yet is only a short walk to the beach or to the shops and playground a few blocks away. Downtown is accessible in less than ten minutes by car.
Unit is an excellent size for a smaller family or group. Lovely open air front porch to sit and enjoy the sea air. Not super modern, but clean and neat inside. Will happily return in the future.

The rental this year was off to a bad start when we arrived and were immediately greeted with a very heavy smell of outdoor bug spray, which someone had sprayed HEAVILY in the kitchen pantry. It made me physically ill after being in the condo for an hour. Thankfully we were able to air it out and use some Lysol to eliminate the worst of it. Other problems with this particular rental were just small things such as the can opener did not work at all which presented a problem for one of our family members staying with us.

Great unit. We loved the huge porch and easy walk to the beach. There was also a rocking chair. Perfect place for little ones.
