We had an unfortunate experience in that the compressor broke and had to be replaced. This resulted in several men entering our apt without prior notice and preventing us from the bedroom/bath area for several hours. We had 5 young children and couldn’t even change to go to beach til after 3pm. I think the owner could have given us a call to inform us of procedure. We were out when the men arrived. The weather was very cool so only 3 nights was it necessary to sleep in the great room with the doors and windows open. Joan did her best with the info she was provided and did keep in touch with us. She even shipped an item we forgot to me. I will use Berger again, maybe just not for this property.

Booked this rental at short notice, Michael was very helpful. There were no photos on the website (new property) but Michael assured me that it was a beautiful property and would be perfect for our families and kids. We were delighted with the condition of the property, it exceeded my expectation. The location was excellent close to everything.
