Beautiful house with plenty of space for a large group! Everything was very clean and well kept! Awesome location with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown!

Very clean, plenty of space for 8 adults; big couch and outside were good for hanging out. Good supply of pillows and beach things. Great that you can park three cars off the street. Close to the boards. Beach is really crowded there though.

The rental property did have the number of rooms promised and was well furnished. There were beach chairs and toys in the garage. There were some disappointing aspects, such as no access to the outdoor shower due to a bird nest, ceiling lights that didn’t work properly, and whistling in pipes every time the toilet was flushed on one bathroom. The TVs in bedrooms did not have access to local channels and needed to be controlled with fire stick. This was an expensive rental and I don’t think we got our money’s worth.

The rental process went very smoothly. This year on Thursday night of our week's stay, there was a problem with the refrigerator (no ice, not keeping cold). Berger (Graham Ginn) was very responsive and repair was handled the next day very satisfactorily. We appreciated the quick response.
