We love staying in 2446 Asbury, but I'm not sure we can do so next summer. Grandchildren are growing and asking to be able to go outside alone. A 1st floor unit would serve us better, but we will decide after the 1st of the year 2020 what to do.

This is the 3rd time we rented the same unit thru Berger, so everything was exactly as we expected;
It was "all good" all around. We really enjoy Ocean City and the unit itself and its location are just perfect for our family.

Overall, we had a very good rental experience. I enjoyed meeting Marianne, who is quite knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The property was as we expected and the location was perfect for us. Being able to rent from Sun to Sun was a bonus. We are hopeful that we will return next season and, if so, I will contact Marianne again to rent the same property.

Our Summer get-away with family was wonderful - the rental home worked out so much better for us that a motel/hotel. Ocean City is so much fun. Troy took us around to some of the available rentals and made the process very easy for us. He was also right on top of things when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet. Thank you you Troy.

Our property only had 6 glasses , no kitchen towels and no large pots . Berger staff has been very responsive!
