The best thing about property was the location, close to the beach. It was old. The house was very musty, could smell it the minute the door opened. The house was very dusty too. I was wondering if they had a cleaning service come in between renters. I really was surprised about the amount of dust. It really aggregated my son’s allergies. Owner lived below, he was nice but it was awkward, he was always outside.

Excellent location, and comfortable, but appeared house had not been professionally cleaned all season. Inches of dirt under sofa, tub didn’t have any mat to prevent slipping, Also, many of window blinds on last legs, re open/close. Good parking.
