The owners of this unit really care! The sleep surfaces were outstanding along with several amenities you usually don’t fine in a rental unit!

Checking in and out was seamless and easy. The rental property could have been a little bit cleaner. Also, beach tags, beach chairs, and linens would have been an added bonus. Overall, very pleased and would rent this property again.

We loved the house and sunset view. We were visiting family that live in 36th street. It was a little too far to walk with little ones. Also, we had our 4 grand children and two daughters with us. The two year old had a little meltdown one morning. Upstairs stamped on floor LOUD enough that it scared all of us. They also walked with thunder feet and slid chairs all hours of day. I got the impression they did not like renters. Not one friendly hello all week. Would not rent here again due to demeanor of upstairs owners

The upstair neighbors were very nosey. I felt they watched everything that we did. Were they the owners. They complained about the way I parked in the back. We were very happy with the house and it was well equipped.
