The house was old but exactly what we needed - our only issue was a very angry mean women owned the property behind - we followed the rules but she made comments anytime she saw us - not a nice person!!

The property we rented (508 E 7th st) was great. Good walkable location to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Lots of space in the house for the whole extended family. Be warned if you rent in June that the adjoining property (510 7th St) is a very popular senior week house that will likely disturb your otherwise peaceful vacation.

508 e 7th st is An excellent house for a large family gathering with plenty of space and amenities. Everything was clean and in good order and the front porch was a favorite hangout spot.
