Description
Awesome location. Unique, spacious, clean 1st floor corner condo on a great south end beach. Sleeps 8. Large covered porch with furnishings for outdoor relaxation wraps around two sides. Great for people watching. The beach at your feet just outside front door. The beach is wide and expansive with two lifeguard stands nearby. Enclosed outdoor shower and toilet in carport to wash off after a day at the beach. Two reserved parking lanes in carport for a total of four parking spaces. No need to compete for summer street parking. The South end of Ocean City offers church services at Our Lady of Good Counsel across the street. A one block walk to casual dining and ice cream at Uncle Bills and Aunt Betty's. Additional good eating and shopping a short ride downtown to Asbury Avenue between 6th and 14th Streets. And, of course, also a short ride downtown is the family friendly boardwalk with food, shopping and entertainment. The Ocean City Free Public Library and Community Center are located at 1735 Simpson Avenue. A good place to go for fitness of mind and body. Great children's reading area. Also for kids and adults alike, you might want to visit Storybook Land, 6415 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township; 18 rides, most for kids and adults and lots of story book displays; serves food too. Atlantic City is only 15 miles north for additional dining choices, live entertainment, gaming and shopping at Tanger Outlets. For a day trip of fun, food, entertainment, a zoo and live theater at Cape May Stage, head south to Cape May, New Jersey, to enjoy an historic district of beautifully maintained Victorian buildings.
