917 4th street was great. We had a wonderful view of the Ocean and watched the people surf, walk the boards and bike.
Apartment was clean, decorated beautifully, kitchen supplied well, beds comfortable and an elevator. The only thing that was a little new and unsettling; keyless entry. If code not changed often, who knows who is coming in.

The house and location are great although is i newer. The property mattress are very dirty, the one one the 3rd floor had some type of dead bug and urine stains. I would recommend mattress protectors. The bedding was very dirty and needs updating.Pots and pans are all damaged as are baking sheet.
If they do not stay on these things the property will go down hill over time. This was our second stay and we have another one in September so I truly hope they clean up these items.

917 4th could have been much cleaner upon arrival. Also, TV's mostly did not operate properly. Upstair bedroom shade did not work. Had problems with toilets. Needed some relief from the sun in the form of shades in the living area during the morning hours.
liked our handyman very much but he was away for a few days

We loved the property and would like to reserve the same week in 2018. The condo was outstanding. I would suggest revising the info to reflect a double bed and two twins rather than three twins. We had to improvise with our bedding lol. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable week.
