2136 Asbury Ave (1st floor) was a beautiful property. It was well stocked on all the essentials. Tv remote batteries died and I was going to buy batteries but after checking the closet I found just the batteries needed. It was almost like being home. I would highly recommend this property and BERGER Realty.

Have rented in O.C. through Berger for many years. This year's rental at 2136 Asbury was one of the best properties we have rented. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, comfortable and immaculate Kitchen was over and above stocked with everything needed and more. In that regard, no other rental has even come close. Beach tags were a great incentive to rent. Not 1 complaint.

Lovely spacious 4 bedroom summer home. You have the advantage of a jack and jill powder room between two for the bedrooms in addition to a bathroom off the hall and a master bathroom. You will have a great vacation and enjoy the beach while in Ocean City. This is a great location to walk on the boardwalk or bring your bikes down for a morning ride on the boardwalk. You are away from the downtown so you are still in a nice residential neighborhood but close to places to walk to breakfast or lunch or to enjoy some ice cream.
