This rental unit was much smaller than the pictures showed on the internet. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Couldn't even use it. Bed in bedroom was too small.

Rental property location 10/10! The rental itself was great! Very clean and had everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The beds weren’t the greatest, but it’s only a week.
The renters upstairs were extremely loud and you could hear them all night long into the early morning hours. This was beyond frustrating!! Obviously, that is not the owners fault by any means.

I pleasantly surprised as Matt's not only responsiveness but how he went a bit behind answering questions. I really appreciated his phone call before we left and just in general I felt he wanted us to be satisfied. We're hope to ask for his help for next season

I probably wouldn't book this unit again but I would book through Berger Realty. The main issue with the unit was the keys for the main door locks, they were very difficult to use and it was not unusual for several renters to be waiting on someone inside to let us in because the keys were so difficult.
