Living room furniture actually hurt our back to sit in and was extremely worn out.
Multiple windows did not close properly. Both queen beds were worn out and sunken in. Multiple light bulbs and recessed lighting needed replacing.

Property was good overall however was lacking in amenities compared the unit we stayed in right across the hall 2yrs ago like beach tags, basic kitchen stuff was old & could be replaced.

Great place but it was filthy upon arrival - I did clean everything so it turned out fine. the owner stopped over and stated he was not aware that anyone was there that week so he didnt have it cleaned.
Other that that it was great - everything worked and there were no other issues.
Perfect location . Owner was very nice.
