my family have been going to OC for a long time and have been dealing with Trish for over a decade. This year in particular, we put money down on a rental then wanted to change to a dog friendly property.....she took care of everything and always answered any questions we had. She is always great to deal with.

The facility was wonderful. The balcony was a bonus. We were able to sit and relax outside in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the sights and sounds of Ocean City. So happy we had this opportunity. Thank you

The location of our rental was awesome. It provided easy walking access to beach, boardwalk, and the shopping district. Our rental was very clean, amenities included all working modern appliances, kitchen was well equipped. Ceiling fans and air conditioning all worked well which made the unit very comfortable during the heat spell that week. Off street parking was very convenient. The only downside to our stay was the Wi-Fi service. The signal was spotty. I had to do a few zoom calls for work which were a problem due to the signal going in and out. Something we would have to take into account if considering this property again.

Just a few small issues. Who ever was at property prior to my arrival, must have had a dog there. The floors were not cleaned properly and the vacuum was not operating properly. My wife swept rug with broom and got piles of hair up. We had an issue with hot water heater first day, but Lauren had issue addressed immediately. There were some burned out light bulbs and no replacements, not a big deal. I would rent from Lauren again, just not that property. Seems owner does not check on property at regular basis.

The locks on the doors were somewhat difficult to open (loose)As well as the heavy door in the front
The water in both showers Had to be adjusted several times during a 10 min shower , it was perfect then it became too hot or too cold .
