There was too much personal stuff in the cabinets, closets and bathroom vanities. The master bedroom had seven pillows and covers in the closet on the floor and shelf. The other two bedrooms were the same with things on the shelf and floor. There was very little space in the bathroom four our personal things we need for the week. We were not happy with the TV hookups considering there were no explanation on how to work them.

This property is under brand new family ownership and we have made the following updates: new bedding in all rooms including pillows, cleaned out all closets and vanities, replaced all vent covers and shower curtains.Other new items include: knife set, pots and pans and other common kitchen items (ie. utensils, hot pads, mixing bowls, etc.). We'll be looking to replace the bunk beds and fixing the ceiling issues prior to the 2025 rental season. Please note it was confirmed by the inspector that the ceiling peeling was from the house settling. Instructions for internet and each TV will be provided upon check in moving forward.Finally, we'll be hiring a new cleaning crew for the 2025 season.We hope you'll consider renting our property again with the latest updates.

We have rented before thisnwas by gar the dirtiest house. The one mattress was actually bloody. Grates were inches of dust. We never had a rental in this condition

I have rented this house previously. I was disappointed this year. No beach tags. The ceilings looked as if they had water damage and they were peeling. There were blood stains on the comforters(we don’t use them but still) and there was a lack of detail in cleanliness overall. The property didn’t have a broom, so I bought one to sweep the sand and dust bunnies left behind previously. The bunk room had significant debris under the bottom bunk and the lining of the upper bunk was peeling off.
We pay a fortune for a week to rent, and while this feels very picky, I wouldn’t tolerate these items from a hotel.

The outside A/C unit was very noisy; made it difficult to sleep. The vertical blinds in bedroom 2 didn’t twist shut; also made it difficult to sleep.

last year, rental property owners left beach tags which was a nice welcome; considering cost of week, would be a nice touch.
