Description
Beautiful Beachfront. Well decorated and very spacious this is a property you are sure to enjoy for your summer vacation. There is a powder room off of the hallway. The 2 full bathrooms in the unit are shared between 2 bedrooms. The king bed room shares a bathroom that has a tub with a room with 2 queens in it. On the other side of the hall there is a queen bedroom that shares a bathroom that has a shower stall with a bedroom with 2 double beds. The 3rd full bathroom is outside of the unit and is on the ground level and is also considered their outside enclosed shower. This is only a short drive or trolley ride to Ocean Citys family friendly boardwalk and downtown unique shops on Asbury Ave.

Very nice and very clean. Lovely location. The blinds in the back bedroom were broken. Could not close them for privacy or to keep out the sun in the morning!

2 bd year in house so we knew what we were getting. However several light fixtures were missing bulbs, significant dirty dust build up on return air vents in both back Bedrooms and dryer that smelled like something was burning (belt? Motor?) when it was used raised questions about quality of ongoing maintenance. Pictures were emailed to agent for reference at end of rental

Some kitchen supplies in house should be replaced (silverware, pots and pans). No scissors or flat cookie sheet type trays.

We have been vacationing in OC for a week every other summer since 1994. Dave has always been great at finding us the perfect house for our needs. And when there is an issue, he resolves it immediately. We would never go anywhere else!

The front door is broken, and the bathrooms have mold, other than those two things the place was good.
