Was so impressed with safe COVID protocol check in! No wait, no contact....wow!
Mike was very responsive with the two issues we had.
The internet connection needs to be improved. We had to reset the router several times a day!

Overall happy with the experience. We really have nothing bad to sa. The rental unit was nice and served its purpose. Looked pretty much like it did when we looked at it in October of 2016. It is starting to show some wear and tear. That being said, I know they take some abuse.I would not rent that particular unit again.
The one thing that would have made our experience better is if we could have gotten in to see the first unit we wanted to look at last October. The keys wouldn't unlock the unit.
Hopefully we left the unit in as good or better shape when we left.

Just a few concerns with what we rented 1648 Boardwalk 2nd floor.
1. 75 is entirely too hot for a temperature setting. The sun was beaming on the front making it incredibly hot.
2. There needs to be another sofa or love seat. We had 5 ppl there and if we decided to have 8 there is nowhere to sit. Those 2 chairs in the living room where horrendous. You sink to the ground.
3. The furniture on the deck was not enough. Again there needs to be more seating.
4. TVs should be in more rooms and not just 1 bedroom.
Nice house overall but we won't stay there again due to lack of seating, TVs and the temperature.
